Decos is designed to exist at thenexus of comfort and performance, an essential shoe combining a minimalistic single BOA upper with a stiff carbon sole to go the distance, col after col.

With Decos, fizik set out to create a performance road shoe for riders outside of the demanding pro peloton. Instead, the new Decos epitomises fizik's famed minimalist design at its finest. For these shoes we took a disciplined approach toward simplicity to deliver the pure road riding experience you expect from fizik, from epic, big-mountain rides to granfondos and beyond.

The sleek uppers utilise a resilient polyurethane-laminated material combined over a comfortable mesh, resulting in reduced yield and providing long lasting foot support where it's needed most. The fit is practical and quick fine-tuned using the single bi-directional BOA Li2 Fit System.

At the base, the R2 outsole's engineered carbon fibre layup saves weight and delivers increased stiffness, with a stiffness index rating of 10, making this outsole the most responsive in the fizik range. A wide vent inlet and deep internal channelling provide cooling airflow, aiding in temperature regulation. The cleat positioning is set slightly further back compared to traditional settings to optimise pedalling efficiency and reduce knee compression€”especially well-suited for very aggressive, forward aero positions.

Fully Assembled Delivery from Dales Cycles

Dales Cycles is one of the only online cycle retailers in the Uk to offer a delivery option that truly reflects a 'fully built' bike arriving at your door. This premium delivery option is known as 'Ready to Ride' and costs £35* per bike.

'Ready to Ride' bikes come in a bespoke bike box, with a minimal packaging approach and all tools supplied, you really can be off and riding your new bike in less than a few minutes.

This unique premium delivery service eliminates the need for foam, bubble wrap and zip-ties too, so it’s also better for the planet. We recycle all this stuff, so where you can, please try and do the same. Apart from doing your bit for mother Earth, it will give you a warm, fuzzy feeling that you just can't buy!

Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

 

Standard Delivery

In addition to our 'Ready to Ride' premium delivery service, we also offer a 'Standard Delivery' option on all bikes. Bikes ordered using this service will require some basic setup on delivery. An easy to follow setup guide is provided with all bikes.

Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

 

Electric Bikes

Due to the extra weight of electric bikes, we are unable to ship these fully assembled. Instead, your bike will be built, configured and checked by our mechanics before being packed back into it's original box.

This method requires removing the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost, which will need to be reinstalled upon arrival.

Delivery Time

We try our best to process orders as soon as we receive them, most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery times may be longer in circumstances where items need to be specially ordered due to size requirements or the item no longer being in stock and you would like an alternative or to wait on it arriving back into stock.

We will advise you of any possible delays when you place your order.

You will receive an email confirmation at various stages of your order process as well as upon dispatch.

 

Delivery Handling

We use either TNT, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service for all deliveries.

A signature will be required to receive your order*

When we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a TNT, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail tracking number.

You can use these emails to access TNT, DHL, DPD or Royal Mails Track and Trace system on their respective websites. This will give you information regarding expected delivery times.

All orders are sent using either TNT Next Working Day, DHL Next Working Day, DPD Next Working Day or Royal Mail tracked service.

Depending on your location and the time of year, your order should arrive, at the latest, 3 working days after dispatch.

If your item has not been received after this time you can contact TNT, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail directly, quoting your Tracking Reference number or contact Dales Cycles by emailing sales@dalescycles.com.

Although we can take no responsibility for any delivery delays or problems out-with our control caused by TNT, DHL, DPD, Royal Mail or any other carrier, we will do all we can to help resolve any delivery problems.

You will be responsible for the items as soon as they are delivered so please check your delivery before you sign for it and if your package is damaged please sign for it as such and contact us to let us know.

 

*Highlands & Islands Surcharge

Sometimes, we may need to apply a shipping surcharge at checkout for remote locations. This will be calculated automatically and applied where appropriate. 

For deliveries in the Highlands & Islands, our couriers tend to outsource the final leg of delivery, hence the increased cost.

International Delivery
