Not all methods of payment are applicable to all items and we try to list on each page the appropriate information where payments other than Bank or Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted.
We accept the following major Debit and Credit Cards; VISA, VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD DEBIT and MAESTRO.
Because we understand that sometimes cards get stolen and there are some nasty people out there we also have in place verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode which provide an extra element of security for all online transactions (it’s the equivalent of an online PIN).
This is something that you set up with your bank and it’s an alphanumeric password, when prompted you simply enter it to prove its you.
More information can be read on each by clicking on the links below:
You can use PayPal to pay quickly through our checkout.
If you don’t have PayPal you can get more information by clicking on the link below

Eligibility Criteria
You must:
*If you are retired and receive a pension or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
*Credit is subject to age and status. You must agree to the lender’s Terms and Conditions and electronically sign the Credit Agreement document before we can release the goods to you.
During the loan application process, you will be asked for your personal information such as name, 3 years’ address history, date of birth, email and telephone contact details and employment/income information.
If you are accepted, you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.
With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds.
In some cases, the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision.
Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. If your application is referred outside of these hours, then you may have to wait until the next working day for the decision.
For finance orders made online or via mail order we are only able to deliver the goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address).
You will not be able to have the goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person.
If you wish to return the order, then please refer to our returns policy.
If we accept your return, we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement.
We may not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of our returns period.
You will be informed of the decision if the lender declines your application, the lender in unable to share the reason for decline with us.
Applications are usually declined for reasons such as:
The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used.
They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter.
Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules.
You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

Cycle to Work allows an employer to offer an employee a cheaper way to purchase their ideal bicycle.
Choose your bicycle in store, hire it from your employer for an agreed length of time (usually 12 months), and then purchase it for a small percentage of its original price. This usually results in a saving of over 25% from RRP for a standard rate taxpayer. Even greater savings are available for higher rate taxpayers.
The scheme can also be used to purchase relevant safety accessories and clothing for use with the bicycle. For cyclists who already have a bike, some schemes will also allow for “accessory only” applications. Certain accessories are excluding, including but not limited to, computers, aero bars and boot racks.
To find out if you’re registered, ask around your place of work, or with your manager, HR department etc.
Employees can choose a bicycle and/or accessories up to a total of £1000. In recent years, some employers have increased the £1000 limit.
After receiving your bicycle and redeeming your voucher, you will pay it back through your monthly wage packet, before tax, netting you an average saving of 25%.
At the end of the scheme you will be given the opportunity to purchase the bicycle. This is usually at 5% of the fair market value of the bicycle. This usually amounts to not much more than the previous monthly payments.
Sale bicycles and accessories are not included for purchase on Cycle to Work schemes. Cycle to Work vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other existing offers and/or discount codes.
You pick a bike and/or accessories costing a maximum of £1000 (there are some exceptions where you can go over this if your work holds a consumer credit licence).
Its deducted from your gross salary over a year (you pay less tax and NI), although we accept several scheme vouchers we find this a handy calculator:

At the end of the 12-month ‘hire’ period, you buy the bike from your employer for its HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) approved Fair Market Value (FMV).
