Coronavirus Update

Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce the reopening of our shop to customers from Friday 11th September!


Things will be a little different from normal

Social Distancing: We will follow 2-metre social distancing at all times. Customers numbers will be limited, with a dedicated entrance & exit door to help keep people apart.

Face Coverings: Customers are required to wear a face covering at all times during your visit, unless exempt. Full guidance can be found here.

Hand Sanitiser: We will provide hand sanitiser to be used before entering the store. In addition, we will be carrying out increased cleaning regimes on all commonly touched surfaces.

Opening Hours: We are now open from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week.


Further Guidance on Workshop-Specific Services

Walk-In Services/Repairs: Regrettably, we are unable to offer "walk-in" or "while you wait" services at this time. All jobs must be scheduled in advance using our website.

1st Services: Due to the length of the workshop waiting list, we are extending the validity of 1st services on all new bikes purchased from ourselves on, or after, 23rd March 2020. You can book this for up to 4 months after you collect your bike.

Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme: We are not offering this scheme at this time. With the current servicing backlog we are working hard to catch up with demand over recent months & reduce our turnaround times to what you're used to. Implementing the scheme at this time would add significant administration work, meaning we wouldn't be able to reduce our already very long waiting list. As our backlog clears we will be able to look into the scheme.


Phone Calls: As we're running on with a skeleton staff structure, we are occasionally turning off our phone lines to allow mechanics to keep working on bikes. Your mechanic will still be able to phone you, however you may be unable to call back. If this happens, please login and click "+Add Note" next to your service, the mechanic will get a notification of this. Similarly, we may be slightly slower replying to emails than you may be used to.
