Coronavirus Update

Dear Customers,

As you are almost certainly aware our country is in the middle of the Corona virus crisis, however our hard working team are still offering Online Ordering & Click + Collect services. 

Here are our new guidelines that we have in place to ensure the safety of customers and staff. All customers will be required to wear a face covering before they will be allowed into the store. We also have hand sanitiser for use by customers & staff.

  • Online Orders: If you have purchased something from our website, by email or over the phone; this will be processed as normal. We've staff in our office & warehouse who are keeping the pedals turning! Our courier partners - DPD & Royal Mail - are currently operating as normal.
  • Click & Collect: If you're collecting an order from our store, please use our car park, then give us a call with your account number and registration plate. We will then head out to meet you in the carpark with the goods.
  • If you've arrived on foot or by bike: Please give us a call with your account number and ring the bell at the side door on Dobbies Loan. We will meet you there with the goods.
  • Social Distancing: We will follow 2-meter social distancing at all times.
  • Dropping off bikes for service: Bikes should be handled with gloves from the minute they leave your house until they get to us. Please drop off bikes at the side door on Dobbies Loan.
  • Phone Orders: Payment will be taken over the phone using WorldPay or by bank transfer - Account details will be given at time of order.
  • Cash Payments: At this time we are unable to accept payments in cash, due to the risk to our customers and staff.

Our workshop remains open, albeit with a reduced team to continue working on repairs. Likewise, our website is available to provide you with your cycling essentials. All bookings must be made in advance, please see "Walk-in Services/Repairs" for more information.

Walk-In Services/Repairs: Regrettably, we are unable to offer "walk-in" services at this time. All services must be scheduled in advance at www.dalescyclesworkshop.com Likewise, we are unable to offer a "while-you-wait" service just now, as we are unable to have customers waiting in the shop.
