Typographical Errors
In the event that a Dales Cycles Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dales Cycles Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dales Cycles Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dales Cycles Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

All stock listed on our website is in accordance with availability from the relevant manufacturers. We endeavour to keep the constant changes in availability accurate and up to date, however Dales Cycles do not take responsibility for listing items in good faith that are in accordance with the percieved availability of stock from these manufacturers.
The stock representations on this site are not a reflection of stock in hand at our Glasgow store. Some items on our website are not available at our Glasgow store due to supply, manufacturer or distribution restrictions.
