Tacx i-Genius Multiplayer (supplied with a 1 year race licence)

Tacx currently offer three Virtual Reality trainers: the i-Genius, the i-Vortex and the i-Flow. They immerse you in the experience. With their high entertainment value, they turn indoor training into a real pleasure. What is attractive about these VR trainers is that not only is the race displayed on the monitor of your PC, laptop or TV, but true-to-life environments are transmitted to the bike. On a climb you will feel the percentage gradient through the rear wheel and on a downhill run it is just as if you had wings (i-Genius only). All three VR trainers use the same new and highly advanced Tacx Trainer Software 4.0.

The i-Genius, Tacx's new top model, is unique. The combination of the sturdy frame and the advanced Tacx Trainer software 4.0 makes riding through the virtual worlds a lifelike experience. The Genius has a wireless motor brake with a computer-driven flywheel that generates high power at low speeds. This makes climbing of hills and mountains even more realistic. The communication between brake, interface and PC is wireless; the trainer itself has to be plugged into a mains socket. The trainer works with ANT technology and can therefore be combined with heart rate belts, power or cadence meters or other ANT applications. The i-Genius Multiplayer includes the new BlackTrack steering frame and a 1 year online race license.

Tacx Trainer Software 4.0 Specifications:

The Tacx Trainer software works on a system that needs to meet the minimum requirements, otherwise it is possible that not all functions can be used in the highest possible quality. Under high loads the software will be functioning less fluently than is the case for more powerful systems. Also make sure that there are no other applications running in the back ground when you are using the Tacx Trainer software.
