Delivery Charges
Here at Dales Cycles we do not charge for bicycle and accessory deliveries to Mainland UK*
If you buy a bike that is in stock from Dales Cycles, we aim to ship it the very next working day using TNT logistics. Your bicycle delivery will be fully trackable online with a unique reference number. Please see the paragraphs below for special shipping terms and conditions:
* Not all the products we list on our website are in immediate stock, if this is the case with your order, we will endeavour to inform you of a lead time for your purchase as soon as possible. If an item says please call it may be out of stock however we may have quick access to this item through our supplier, so please call 0330 440 4080 to get a lead time.
* Items showing In stock are in hard stock at our warehouse and we aim to ship these items the very next working day by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and generally they have a lead time of 2-3 working days.
* Customers placing orders for temporarily out of stock items items will be notified of availability and delivery lead times as soon as possible.
* All vouchers, letters and envelope sized outgoings are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery to ensure prompt, trackable arrival at the intended destination.
* Accessories are generally sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorderd delivery, to use your tracking number, please click HERE Please note, some heavier or outsized items may be sent by TNT.
* Our bikes are sent by TNT logistics. To track your bicycle once shipped, please Click HERE
* Shipping policy exceptions:
* For Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, there is a surcharge of £20.00 for bicycle delivery (£32 when in conjunction with vouchers, finance or cycle to work schemes). There is a 48 hour lead time from dispatch for these areas.
* We do not ship abroad. Much as we value the enquiries that we get from all over the world, certain restrictions stop us from shipping abroad, including the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this policy.
* We reserve the right to supplement outsized or heavier customer requested orders with a shipping subsidy. All customers will be notified at point of sale and any charges will be made at the carriers rates, no extra costs will be factored in.
* Regretfully we not ship to the Channel islands.
* Free shipping is exclusive to bikes and accessories ordered and paid for online via dalescycles.com We do not ship bicycle bought on site at our Glasgow store.
