The bike arrived very early Friday morning and had its first outing on the weekend. My bike performed excellently and I am chuffed to bits with the quality and parts.

On our glasgow workshop....
I recently took my bike in to ask about a service, then obviously had two further visits when I dropped-off and then collect the bike to actually be serviced.
On all three occasions I was served by Dougie. I would just like to comment on the professional and friendly service I thought he provided. I generally find all of the staff in the shop are friendly and helpful, but felt the repeated good service on this occasion merited singling out!
On our in store warranty response....
I returned my sons Specialized Hard Rock Disc for some warranty work and was amazed at the fantastic service I received. On my initial call to arrange a date, I spoke to a chap who could not have been more helpful.
Dropping the bike off the chap at the workshop reception was equally helpful and informative. This carried on through picking the bike up and also to the salesman who spent considerable time with me insuring that I had the correct shoes/ fit.
