If you have recieved a cycle by mail order and are having difficulties assembling it or you have any technical enquieries, you can mail us at tech@dalescycles.com.
Our CYTEC trained mechanics will be glad to assist you with any problems you may be having, they can also help with small adjustments that your cycle may need after its first few weeks. They are contactable by phone between the hours of 9pm-6pm, Monday to Saturday.
